Title: Associate, Executive Talent Acquisition

The Associate, Executive Talent Acquisition supports the search and hiring process for executive-level roles globally, including internal and external recruitment, aligning with the Bank’s strategic objectives. As part of the Talent Strategy COE, this role is vital in identifying executive talent that reflects the Bank’s values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  1. Provide confidential support for senior executive searches, including participating in meetings with search firms and hiring executives.
  2. Coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and external search firms, ensuring a positive candidate experience, including on-site arrangements and occasional in-person interactions.
  3. Serve as a key contact for external executive search firms and search vacancies.
  4. Communicate search updates to relevant stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, hiring leaders, and senior management.
  5. Manage invoice processing for the Executive Search Budget, ensuring compliance with Bank accounting procedures.
  6. Maintain the SharePoint database for all Executive Talent Acquisition materials, ensuring documents are current and properly archived. Provide feedback for process improvements.
  7. Support various projects within the Executive Talent Acquisition team and assist with candidate sourcing and screening as needed.
  8. Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Strategy, supporting team goals and initiatives.
  9. Align Talent Strategy efforts with the Bank’s vision and HR strategy globally.
  10. Foster a customer-focused culture to strengthen relationships within and outside the Bank.

Do you have the skills to succeed in this role? - We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and/or executive search.
  • At least 1 year of experience in candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Effective communication skills with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
  • Professional demeanor with high discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with candidate screening and assessments is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in French and/or Spanish are an asset.
