  • Overseeing and maintaining transaction records and information in Hiive’s CRM and related systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Supporting the compliance team by gathering and verifying documents needed for KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory requirements.

  • Assisting the Finance team by tracking transaction settlements, verifying revenue data, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting related to completed deals.

  • Participating in the development and continuous improvement of operational processes, providing feedback to enhance platform features and internal workflows.

  • Supervising administrative and support tasks related to transaction execution to maintain service excellence and compliance.

Required Skills:

  • SIE and Series 7 FINRA exam licensing.

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant area, ideally in commerce/business, or economics, with a strong academic record.

  • Excellent attention to detail, resourcefulness, and speed of execution.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive high-trust relationships across teams and functions.

  • Experience in transactional work with high volumes of transaction documents, such as M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.

  • Experience in a client-facing role.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:

  • Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and contribution.

  • Opportunity to participate in ownership of a rapidly growing early-stage startup through our employee stock option plan.

  • Comprehensive 100% employer-paid health and dental premiums, a health and personal spending account.
