BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Canada Deodorants is a category leader with 42% market share, providing superior whole-person wellbeing through irresistible products, joyful experiences, and purposeful brands. We are seeking a Associate Engagement Lead, APDEO to partner with the Deodorants cross-functional marketing team to deliver the Canada 2025-2026 growth strategy.
PC End to End Marketing Organization: We are building a true E2E demand creation engine to empower our marketers to do what they do best, setting us up to win today and in the future. By having a clear distinction in scope of work for demand generation and CS&P, we believe we can accelerate decision-making and empower focused teams to ultimately better drive our growth agenda.
As the Associate Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life and increasing equity with consumers – both online and offline, along with developing digital capabilities for APDEO and Personal Care.
