We are looking for a candidate to join our Emerging Leaders Program.
These positions are in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.
The Emerging Leaders Program is a 24-month accelerated leadership development rotational program designed to develop the next generation of Canada Life leaders and provide newly graduated undergraduate students broad exposure to Canada Life by rotating them through leadership opportunities across different lines of business, sponsored by key senior leaders.
You will have an opportunity to unlock your potential, grow and accelerate your career through three, eight-month rotational experiences. You’ll be placed in roles aligned to key projects and business initiatives to accelerate your growth, giving you the ability to learn about a diverse range of Canada Life businesses and immerse yourself in areas of interest.
These are opportunities designed to allow participants to explore and discover a variety of possible leadership career paths across Canada Life, while accelerating your own personal growth, network, and development. Successful students from this program will transition into longer term full-time opportunities that capitalize on their full potential.

The base salary for this position is between $50,400 - $83,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
