Associate EDI Integration Analyst

Location: 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987

Shift: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:

As a Full-time Associate EDI Integration Analyst, you will collaborate with customers, suppliers, development teams, and end users to translate requirements into functional and technical design documents, including use-case documentation. You will ensure applications meet requirements through functional and end user testing, and assist end users with troubleshooting application or training issues. This role may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing functional and technical design documents to establish electronic relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal systems
  • Interacting with customers, trading partners, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting user and integration support, resolving technical issues as needed
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of quality assurance strategies and plans
  • Testing, deploying, and implementing integration projects
  • Supporting partnerships with customers and suppliers
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with various integrations
  • Creating and updating technical support documentation
  • Analyzing business processes to identify and mitigate issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Possess or working towards a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or related field OR prior experience in Inventory Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce, or IT
  • Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
  • Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to pass required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
