The workplace injuries management group is responsible for managing workplace injuries and occupational diseases for most of Bell Canada’s business units all over the country. We support them in the management of medical-administrative files and we assure a safe and lasting return to work.

Job Duties / Accountabilities
  • Receive and analyze workplace injury files
  • Proceed with opening the workplace injury files
  • Provide support to internal and external clients for all administrative functions related to workplace injury files
  • Resolve frontline complaints as well as unusual situations of an administrative nature
  • Any other related administrative tasks
  • Good analytical skills and detailed oriented
  • Able to work under pressure with a high volume of files while respecting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing, as the candidate will have to interact with internal and external clients in a highly confidential environment
  • Ability to work in a team and in a multitasking environment
  • MS Word intermediate level (documents dedicated to internal & external)
  • Knowledge of English and French required (read, spoken, written); fluent in both languages with no significant limitation (validation test)
    • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Sigma - HR
Working Conditions
  • Available Monday to Friday; normal daytime business hours
  • Take note that there are restrictions regarding summer vacation
