What to Expect
  • Lead and mentor a team of field veterinarians to support Cattle and Equine products with technical and medical expertise
  • Collaborate with sales and key accounts to enhance client engagement and optimize sales effectiveness
  • Set strategic objectives and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively
  • Provide medical and technical leadership within the Cattle & Equine business
  • Contribute to product launch plans and training programs for internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) required
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical veterinary experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in industry roles involving technical services, medical marketing, or veterinary operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and budgets
  • Must have an active or be eligible for a provincial veterinary license in good standing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Postgraduate training or specialization in cattle or equine medicine
  • Experience in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence diverse audiences
