Job summary

BMO Groupe financier is seeking a senior risk governance professional to provide advisory support for the Technology Group, focusing on risk management, regulatory compliance, control effectiveness, metrics, and risk appetite alignment.

In a matrix environment, you will drive oversight, strengthen the control environment, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance risk management practices and decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in Technology or Financial industry with a graduate/post-graduate degree.
• At least 5 years in risk and compliance with ability to analyze observations.
• Strong data analytics and presentation skills using Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Regulatory Compliance support to Technology Operations for Enterprise Compliance Program.
• Identify and communicate regulatory changes via ERDF and implement ECP activities.
• Improve risk requirements understanding and execution within the ORMF/ORMF framework.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain the PRC framework and control library.
• Oversee enterprise policies, review for T&O impact, and communicate changes.
• Leverage data for root cause and predictive analysis and report risk insights.
