HelloFresh Canada is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Management to act as the central driver of performance across Canadian operations. You will link Canadian Fulfillment with North American Platforms to prioritize initiatives, export best practices, and turn metrics into executive strategy.

The role demands deep supply chain knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, progressive experience navigating complex, multi-site distribution networks, physical product scaling, or localized fulfillment operations.
• Proven track record as a high-impact individual contributor with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive performance without direct authority.
• Experience leading or heavily contributing to executive performance reviews (WBRs/MBRs) within a fast-paced corporate or operational framework.
• Ability to travel to Canadian distribution centers as required (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Plug directly across all Canadian Operations business units to maintain a holistic, end-to-end view of the supply chain.
• Monitor weekly performance against budget and business plan; diagnose root causes and key drivers of gaps.
• Represent Operations for WBRs/MBRs with Canadian Senior Leadership.
• Interface between Canadian business and North American Platforms to influence prioritization and resource allocation.
• Identify and export international best practices locally and share successful Canadian workflows with the network.
• Organize cross-functional buy-in for organizational adjustments without direct authority.
• Analyze strategies to identify opportunities for supply chain growth, efficiency gains, or cost savings.
• Perform other duties as required.

HelloFresh Canada is looking for a strategic and highly analytical Associate Director, Supply Chain Management to act as the central nervous system for our Canadian operations performance. In this critical individual contributor role, you will be plugged directly across all Canadian Fulfillment teams to deeply understand weekly performance against our business plan and identify the key drivers of any operational gaps. Serving as the interface between the Canadian business and North American Platforms, you will influence tech and operational prioritization, onboard global best practices, and export Canadian innovations. If you are an expert systems‑thinker who thrives on turning complex supply chain metrics into actionable executive strategy, this role is for you.

Lettuce Share What This Role Will Be Responsible For

• Plug directly across all Canadian Operations business units (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, FSQA, and Production) to maintain a holistic, end-to-end view of the supply chain
• Monitor weekly operational performance against budget and business plan; proactively diagnose, investigate, and articulate the root causes and key drivers of performance gaps
• Serve as the Operations expert and Canadian Commercial business representative for Operations components of the Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews for the Canadian Senior Leadership Team
• Serve as the primary interface between the Canadian business and North American Operations Platforms to influence strategic prioritization, alignment, and resource allocation
• Supplement HelloFresh Canada’s continuous improvement culture by identifying, onboarding, and implementing international best practices locally, while effectively exporting successful Canadian operational workflows to the broader Operations network.
• Organize and secure buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational‑level adjustments without direct authority over the teams.
• Analyze current business strategies to identify new opportunities for supply chain growth, structural efficiency, or cost savings.
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a highly analytical equivalent field (MBA or specialized technical master's is a bonus).
• 5+ years of hands‑on, progressive experience navigating complex, multi‑site distribution networks, physical product scaling, or localized fulfillment operations
• Proven track record as a high‑impact individual contributor with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills; a demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive performance without direct line authority
• Experience leading or heavily contributing to executive performance reviews (such as WBRs/MBRs) within a fast‑paced corporate or operational framework.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, data frameworks, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, workflow automation)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced operational modeling capabilities to dig into data and pull out clear, concise narratives for the executive team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving high‑growth environment
• Able and willing to travel to Canadian distribution centers as required (up to 25%)

Pay Range

$150,000—$160,000 CAD
