Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the Digital, Generative AI (Gen AI), Client, and Banking technology domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, delivering innovative technology solutions, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Job Description
What will you do?
  • Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives across Digital, Generative AI, Client, and Banking streams.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, analysts, and external vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
What you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the financial sector, including capital markets, investment banking, or related domains.
  • Experience working with Agile or Iterative Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle; Knowledge of industry practices with focus on Agile, DevOps, environments, and test integration.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
