Job summary

RBC Capital Markets’ Data, AI and Research Technology team seeks an experienced specialist to drive the strategy and operational management of our external and internal partner ecosystem across data, AI and research tech vendors. This role collaborates with Product, Governance, Compliance, Procurement and Market Data to oversee the partner lifecycle and deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, maintaining the partnerships repository, owning the data

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience managing data, AI, or technology vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the alternative data market.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk, procurement, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to build operational frameworks from scratch.
  • Comfortable operating across strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to embrace an AI-first approach: leverage AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

  • Create transparency through reporting and dashboards.

Will work closely with the Product, Governance, Compliance, Procurement and Market Data teams to oversee the partner life‑cycle creating sustainable and efficient processes ultimately tracking benefits and creating positive commercial outcomes.
