Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Associate Sales Director will play a supportive, hands-on role in helping the sales team drive performance, improve conversion rates, and manage the full sales cycle. As a player-coach, you will assist Account Executives with live demos, provide guidance on deal strategy, and ensure effective pipeline management and follow-up. This role is ideal for a team-oriented sales professional who excels at coaching, problem-solving, and helping others succeed in a fast-paced environment.
