THIS ROLE IS 4 DAYS ON-SITE AND 1 DAY REMOTE. Compensation details are below.

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Associate Sales Director will play a supportive, hands-on role in helping the sales team drive performance, improve conversion rates, and manage the full sales cycle. As a player-coach, you will assist Account Executives with live demos, provide guidance on deal strategy, and ensure effective pipeline management and follow-up. This role is ideal for a team-oriented sales professional who excels at coaching, problem-solving, and helping others succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in delivering high-impact demos and help drive demo-to-close conversion, particularly for short sales cycle opportunities.
  • Help manage pipeline activities by ensuring deals are properly tagged, tracked, and followed up on across all stages of the funnel.
  • Support Account Executives by providing feedback and coaching on demo quality, objection handling, and deal progression.
  • Monitor daily sales activity and help identify areas of improvement or support needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation with sales priorities.
  • Help build rapport with prospects during critical stages of the deal to support closing efforts and strengthen client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports, forecasts, and insights for executive leadership.
  • Participate in industry events or webinars to represent BoomerangFX and support business development efforts.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team support, mentorship, or leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with MedSpa, aesthetic, or private-pay healthcare environments is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales pipeline processes.
  • Proven ability to assist in short-cycle deal closings and support AEs during demos.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
