About The Role

As an Associate Director, Media Strategy & Planning, you will help shape and execute online marketing strategies, develop and optimize paid campaigns across media channels to increase customer base and engagement. You will partner with client managers and innovation leaders from a major technology client. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing leader, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.

Currently, all roles are remote. Once in-office work resumes, your time will be spent in our office, with frequency subject to change based on health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead complex media programs for a diverse, global client portfolio, delivering insights and action plans to drive ROI.
  2. Manage resources across global paid media campaigns.
  3. Develop and execute online customer acquisition campaigns aligned with client goals.
  4. Lead large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and programmatic platforms.
  5. Manage and optimize campaigns with tracking, automation, scripting, and reporting.
  6. Present Quarterly Business Reviews and recommend growth areas.
  7. Mentor team members in online customer acquisition strategies.
  8. Oversee team performance metrics on large paid campaigns.
  9. Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey.
  10. Collaborate with clients and cross-channel teams for integrated campaigns.
  11. Oversee client financials and account profitability.
  12. Manage and develop direct reports.

About You

Essential :

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, expertise in Google Ads and social media.
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong presentation skills, data-driven.
  • Proactive, organized, self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking for complex issues and high ROI campaigns.

Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in programmatic media and ad tech platforms.

What We Offer

Salary Range : $115,000—$130,000 CAD. Compensation is based on experience and role requirements.
