Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Market Access and Stakeholder Relations and will collaborate with marketing, medical, and North American HEOR teams to develop market access strategies, value propositions, and stakeholder plans. Responsibilities include preparing HTA submission dossiers (for INESSS, CADTH, private insurers), supporting pricing strategies, managing price negotiations through PCPA, and leading private insurer negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market access strategies and evidence generation plans aligned with country objectives.
  2. Collaborate across functions to develop tailored value propositions for payers, clinicians, PAGs, and policymakers.
  3. Lead national HTA submissions and payer tools, ensuring optimal patient access.
  4. Support innovative pricing strategies and submissions for negotiations.
  5. Create and deploy market access tools and training for field teams.
  6. Build relationships with payers and HTA bodies to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
  7. Monitor external environment dynamics impacting market access and communicate requirements for program development.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  9. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant scientific discipline; MSc in health economics preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic market access experience in pharma or consultancy.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; experience with health economic models and Canadian healthcare systems.
  • Disease area expertise in neurosciences preferred; rare disease experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, customer-focused, proficient with digital platforms, and hold a valid driver’s license. Travel may be required.
