Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their Functional Leadership Team to drive business results through HR practices and programs. This role spans multiple countries and requires collaboration with local HR and Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement global HR policies, programs, and procedures.

The Business HR Partner (BHR) will support senior leaders in achieving business strategies through HR talent initiatives, including organizational design, leadership development, and employee relations. The role involves shaping employee relations strategies and ensuring compliance with global policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • ELT & Functional Leadership Support

Provide managerial support to EMC members and their departments.

  • Lead workforce planning, change management, and organizational capability strategies.
  • Manage talent and performance processes for leadership teams.
  • Partner with the business to address HR issues and implement HR solutions.
  • Coordinate HR programs from global and COE sources, ensuring local relevance.
  • Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives.
  • Shape employee relations strategies and ensure policy alignment across geographies.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards CoE on compensation and rewards programs.
  • Oversee performance and compensation processes, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • HRLT & High Impact HR
  • Contribute to HR operational priorities within the HR Business Partnership Leadership Team.

  • Promote a positive HR culture and set team expectations.
  • Develop and communicate HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Build a high-impact HR team through engagement and development.
  • Align HR initiatives across global functions.
  • Lead collaboration within HR teams and with business partners.
  • Job Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or Masters) is a plus.
  • CHRP or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong relationship-building with senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with project management skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse, global workforce.
  • Knowledge of employment laws globally.
  • Fluency in French (written and conversational) is a plus.
  • Experience
