Simon Fraser University seeks an Associate Director for Graduate Programs to manage program administration and implementation for various graduate programs. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, along with a Master's degree in Business Administration.

The Beedie Graduate Programs team is a close-knit high-performing team that manages the graduate programs for the Beedie School of Business. This includes the recruitment, admissions, program operations, and student services for nine programs, currently encompassing 750+ students (MBA programs, GDBA, MSc Finance). As a collaborative and supportive team, we work hard in an exciting and fast-changing industry, with a common passion for supporting the learning journey for students and creating the best experience possible to support their education.
About the Role
The Associate Director, Graduate Programs provides day-to-day management and program administration for designated Segal Graduate Programs. This position participates in program planning and manages the implementation of new or redesigned programs for designated Segal Graduate Programs. The position provides coordination of semester appointments and special events Graduate Programs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration and two years related experience including experience in program/project management, financial administration, staff supervision, event planning, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
