Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate development, investments, acquisitions, or private equity.
• Strong exposure to financial modeling and automation.
• Highly skilled in real estate financial modeling (DCF, proformas, waterfall structures, sensitivity analysis) and automation tools (Excel VBA, Power Query, Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical, and ability to communicate modeling outputs and automated insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Real Estate Modeling: build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for development projects.
• Automated Proformas & Sensitivity Analysis: design dynamic proformas and automated sensitivity tools.
• Fund-Level Consolidation: automate aggregation of project-level models into fund-level reporting.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: integrate real-time market data feeds into models for investment committees.
• Risk & Value Engineering: apply predictive analytics to identify risks and optimize costs.
• Pipeline Monitoring: automate quarterly review processes by linking models to live data sources.
• Market Intelligence Automation: deploy tools to collect and analyze market trends for pipeline assessments.
• Presentation Automation: generate dynamic presentations with live model outputs.
