Responsibilities:

• Achieves sales and targets based on business plans, continuously improving sales and service processes, risk management, and compliance.
• Develops new business through prospecting, cross-selling bank products, and participating in community activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Provides expertise in bank products, troubleshooting, and ensures high-quality client experiences.
• Coordinates closing processes with relevant departments and manages client escalations.
• Advises clients on loan products, cash management solutions, and financial matters.
• Builds and manages banking relationships, acts as a subject matter expert, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Analyzes financial data to meet client needs, monitors performance, and manages documentation and loan applications.
• Negotiates terms for credit and cash management services, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Acts as a primary sales contact, supporting pre-sales activities, tracking implementation, and maintaining client information.
• Provides consulting, analytical, and technical support, working independently on non-routine issues.

Qualifications:

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.

Salary Range:

$68,000.00 - $126,000.00
