Associate Director, Credit Risk and Transformation

Job Summary

The Associate Director will support the design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and oversight of processes and control points related to the model handoff from Credit Modeling & Methodology (CMM) development teams to model users, ensuring compliance with the Tollgate Delivery Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Implementation Readiness process within the Tollgate Delivery Framework.
  • Report on implementation status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Guide model development projects on data usage, code quality, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate communication between model development and user teams, escalating issues as needed.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure models meet integration and QA standards.
  • Maintain documentation and collaborate on cross-program consistency.
  • Build relationships with teams to facilitate smooth model handoffs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in credit risk modeling and deployment.
  • Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience with large data manipulation, code management (GIT), and proficiency in SAS, Python, SQL.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
