A leading health organization seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Planning, to lead financial strategy supporting its mission. The role involves financial modeling, stakeholder presentations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position operates in a hybrid work environment with on-site expectations in Ottawa. Ideal candidates will have an MBA or CPA and significant financial planning experience.
Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site, preferably in Ottawa, and will work a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on operational needs. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time, but this may vary depending on circumstances.

About the role :
Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Full-time Associate Director, Corporate Planning, to join our Strategic Financial Management team. This position will shape the financial future of Canadian Blood Services in support of our mission as Canada’s Biological Lifeline.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Financial Management, this role focuses on the organization’s 5-year financial plan, ensuring sustainability, and supporting strategic negotiations and decisions. Responsibilities include developing financial models, collaborating with various teams, leading long-range planning, and creating presentations for stakeholders.
