A leading Canadian bank seeks a professional for its Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management Team. This hybrid role involves strategic planning, financial and resource management, and overseeing transformation projects. Job Summary
This role will be responsible for assisting Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management Team with strategic decks/ storytelling, shape the operational plan, manage a portfolio of transformation projects, and continuous improvement activities. He/ she will be responsible for leading yearly strategy planning sessions, execution/ management and oversight of 2026 strategic priorities. The candidate will also be responsible for overall financial and resource management, encompassing financial planning, performance analysis, cost allocation, and strategic decision support which involves managing all business management activities in Compliance including ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc support for the Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management Team and Global CCO.Job Description
