A leading financial institution in Toronto is looking for an Associate Director, Client Solutions to drive strategic initiatives in Fund Administration. The candidate will need a strong understanding of fund administration and regulatory requirements while collaborating across teams to enhance service delivery. This role includes a focus on client needs, product development, and strategic initiatives.
We are seeking an Associate Director, Client Solutions to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our Fund Administration services. This is a high impact role requiring a strong understanding of fund administration along with a strategic mindset to support business development efforts with clients and prospects while closely collaborating with operations and technology teams to contribute to the ongoing evolution of our strategy.
The role is responsible for designing, enhancing and delivering fund accounting and administration services to institutional clients, including investment managers, insurance companies, pension plans and fund manufacturers. Acting as product owner and subject matter expert, this role collaborates across operations, technology and business development teams to support client onboarding, product development, regulatory change initiatives, and continuous service evolution. This mandate includes shaping client-centric solutions, supporting initiatives that improve scalability and competitiveness, and representing this product domain in RFPs, client due diligence and industry forums.
