The Associate Director supports the Director in leadership, administration, and delivery of child intervention and family enhancement programs for Tsuut'ina Nation Child and Family Services Society. Working within Tsuut'ina culture and under CYFEA, the role provides operational leadership, staff supervision, and strategic support to ensure services meet legislation, policy, and professional standards.

Qualificações

• BSW preferred or related human services degree.
• 4+ years in human services with supervisory experience.
• Delegation Certification Training.
• Training in Signs of Safety, Family Group Conferencing, and Conflict Resolution.
• Knowledge of child intervention legislation, policy standards, court processes.
• Knowledge of Tsuut'ina Nation culture, language, governance, and treaty policies.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership and Operational Management – support the Director in leadership and administration of agency programs and services.
• Supervision and Staff Development – supervise casework staff and mentor others.
• Casework Oversight and Quality Assurance – ensure documentation and case notes are accurate and timely.
• Community, Government, and Board Relations – represent the agency in provincial/federal discussions and with partners.
• Organizational Responsibilities – maintain knowledge of agency agreements and funding requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
