A leading mortgage services company in Toronto is seeking an Associate Director for Capital Markets. This role involves optimizing investor programs to ensure competitive capital for commercial loan origination. The Associate Director, Capital Markets will form an important link between origination and Capital Markets funding solutions. Reporting to the Director, Capital Markets your primary responsibility will be to ensure competitive capital is available for deployment in support commercial loan origination by optimizing vary investor programs. To achieve this, you will work closely with our investors, commercial origination teams, commercial servicing, and the program team. Your primary objective is to drive lending volume and profitability through a competitive capital offering and a streamlined process.
The Commercial Capital Markets team has a broad mandate and accordingly, secondary responsibilities may arise from time to time. An example of secondary responsibility is the development of new investor relationships complementary to CMLS’ existing product lines.
