RBC Capital Markets in Halifax is seeking an Associate Director to lead data lifecycle automation, shaping data governance and AI-enabled controls across CM QTS. You will identify automation opportunities for data transfer, lineage, and DQ, working with data stewards and stakeholders to drive value creation.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in data governance, AI tooling, and collaboration with IT and business leaders, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment.
This position offers an exciting opportunity with the CM Technology (QTS) Data and Architecture Strategy team, to drive strategic objectives for RBC Capital Markets by shaping and strengthening the data lifecycle.
The Associate Director, Data Lifecycle Automation will support the identification and automation of data transfer controls, lineage, data modeling, DQ, mapping and other data tooling in CM QTS, and leverage AI-enhanced automation to modernize data governance at scale. This role combines deep data expertise with emerging technologies to work alongside leaders across Capital Markets and Enterprise.
