Short Intro and About the Job

Position Summary :

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Associate Digital Manager (ADM) (maternity Leave replacement, 14-16 months contract) is an analytical and creative individual responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts through project management, tactical execution, and analytical reporting. The ADM has experience across multiple digital channels including web, SEO, mobile, email, apps, social media, and promotions. Working closely with the brand channel strategy team, this role also involves contributions to content development, graphic design, social media management, trade shows, and more.

Travel requirements : Domestic (10%-15%)

Location : Home-based

Essential Functions :

  • Influence the development of the Therapeutic Area’s digital strategy through strong project management and execution of decided tactics.
  • Implement integrated, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and consumers, supporting key online activations.
  • Lead and support digital projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, medical affairs, sales, IT/IS, customer service, digital agencies).
  • Continuously test digital products to improve customer engagement, drive growth, and acquisition.
  • Champion best practices with stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, including content posting and strategy development to enhance user engagement across social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and company blogs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media campaign management, and content management/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of social media calendars, monitoring tools, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Good project management skills and understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop, measure, analyze, and report on KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
