Saddletowne Dental is recruiting an ambitious and resilient Associate Dentist to join our thriving, full-scope practice in Calgary’s North East. This is a rare opportunity for a self-directed clinician who wants to build speed, skill, and scope in a mentorship-rich, technology-enabled environment. With strong internal demand, leading technology, and a team dedicated to a constant pursuit of clinical excellence, this role is ideal for early-career providers with grit and drive—or experienced dentists seeking structured growth.

Schedule: Flexible Full Time

Proposed Hours: Wednesday: 12 PM – 5 PM, Thursday: 12 PM – 6 PM, Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM (opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate)

Mentorship:

  • Available and adaptive to you—hands-on or consultative.

  • Dentrix, CBCT & Pan, iTero scanner, Glidewell in-house mill, 3D printer & in-house lab on-site, Soft tissue laser, Videa Health AI diagnostics, Digital sensors & fully paperless, Nitrous, Oral, and IV Sedation

  • Our practice is led by Dr. Fasial Kassam, who is passionate and driven for his own, and the teams pursuit toward excellence of care.

  • Our team has taken advanced curriculum CE training (LVI, Galler Institute, etc.) and our treatment philosophies and care are rooted in these advanced theories. If you are a young doctor eager about CE, or an advanced provider with great CE experience, we would love to hear from you!

  • We can support you with strong case variety and clinical autonomy.

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
