Associate Dentist – Ridge Smile Dental (Ridgetown, ON)

Part-Time | Growth-Oriented | Mentorship Available | Mady Group Practice

Ridge Smile Dental is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our modern, well-established practice in the close-knit community of Ridgetown. This role with you will walk into a full schedule and an existing patient base and excellent support from a fully staffed team.

This is a great opportunity for new graduates or experienced providers!

About the Role:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: 2-3 days/week, flexible on days to suit your schedule.
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Clinical Focus: General Dentistry – restorative and extractions
  • Mentorship Available: Implants, perio, and clinical development from senior doctors in the Mady Group
  • Suitable for new grads or internationally trained dentists with strong fundamentals


Practice Highlights:

  • 6 operatories in a newly renovated, stand-alone building with ample free parking
  • 2 full-time hygienists and additional support from Mady Group hygiene team
  • Digital Pan, iTero scanner, 3D printer, and Tracker PMS
  • 15–20 new patients/month – strong patient flow from a loyal rural base and local agricultural college
  • Dedicated CDA support; collaborative admin team (no treatment coordinator required)
  • DDS compensated for hygiene x-ray interpretation and recall exams

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
