Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. seeks a collaborative Associate Dentist to join Oaklands Dental in Victoria, BC. The role offers a consistent two-day schedule with potential to grow to three days as the patient base develops.

You will provide general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign, implants, crowns, and teeth whitening while leveraging digital X-rays and iTero for planning. A supportive team and patient-centered approach are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• CPR certification is required.
• All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.

We currently have two days available each week, with the potential to grow to a third day as your patient base develops.At Oaklands Dental, we welcome patients of all ages and provide comprehensive general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We take the time to listen to our patients, explain their options clearly and create treatment plans that are tailored to their individual needs. Patient comfort and building long-term relationships are important to us, and we take a calm, reassuring approach, particularly with patients who may feel anxious about dental care.Schedule2 days per week to start, building to 3 days as the opportunity growsDays to be mutually determined based on candidate availability and practice needsClinical EnvironmentYou’ll have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with services including crowns, extractions, implants, Invisalign, veneers, teeth whitening and comprehensive general care.We also use digital technology to support patient care, including digital X-rays, 3D imaging and an iTero scanner for Invisalign treatment planning.You’ll be joining a close-knit team that includes general dentists, registered dental hygienists and patient care coordinators.
