Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience).

Schedule

• 28 hours per week – flexible work-life balance
• Monday through Thursday (flexible daily hours)
• 3-week commitment: November 4 – November 25, 2025

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada equivalency process
• Active registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, or registration with BC, MB, SK, QC, NS, NB, or PEI dental regulatory bodies
• 1-year Canadian dental experience required
• Ready to hit the ground running with minimal orientation
• Strong communication skills and patient rapport
• Independent practitioner comfortable in fast-paced environments
