Associate Dentist – EJC Dentistry (Hamilton, ON)

Deliver Confident Care in a Boutique East-End Practice

is currently seeking a confident, self-directed Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Hamilton’s East End. With a schedule focused on Tuesdays and Fridays, this is an exciting opportunity to take on strong patient demand, work with modern technology, and practice in a unique, architecturally stunning setting—formerly a church and now a state-of-the-art boutique dental clinic.

About the Practice

EJC Dentistry is deeply rooted in the Hamilton community. We are known for our elevated approach to patient care, relaxed hygiene appointments, and strong track record with anxious patients. Our space blends historic character with modern design and technology, creating a memorable experience for both patients and clinicians. The practice is also located on a bus route, making commuting convenient.

Position Highlights

Operatories & Patient Volume :

  • 5 operatories total (1–2 dedicated to associate)
  • 2 full-time hygienists
  • Technology : iOS, 3D printer, soft tissue laser, digital X-rays, pressure laminator for sports guards

Clinical Scope & Opportunities

This is a full-scope general dentistry opportunity ideal for a skilled associate comfortable managing their own treatment planning and delivery without mentorship.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in full-scope general dentistry, especially with peds and perio

Familiarity with Abeldent

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

Comfort working independently (no mentorship available)

Interest in growing with the practice
