The team at CGS Dentistry in Coquitlam, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

We are looking for a Dentist that puts patients first, has great communication skills, and the passion to educate. We want someone who aspires to be a positive addition to a great team, grow, and establish strong patient trust while providing the highest standard of care.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience).

SCHEDULE:

• 16 hours per week
• Monday and Saturday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school or university program, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in the process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia.
• Open to those currently registered with other Canadian provinces.
• 2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is required OR new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.
