Bower Dental is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis in Red Deer, Alberta. Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience).

Schedule

• 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College (formerly Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta)
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces)
• New graduates welcome — we provide comprehensive mentorship
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care
