What You’ll Be Doing

• Join the Alternate Solutions Group (ASG) as a Data Science Associate and make a real difference for our clients. This group develops innovative, tech-driven capital markets solutions, combining startup agility with the strength of a major financial institution.
• Work on the Conversion Services team, enabling international cardholders to pay in their local currency with transparency and accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, optimizing data science processes, driving revenue growth, and delivering insights.
• Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning and AI to develop and deploy models, translating business challenges into data science solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and contribute to a dynamic, production-focused team.

Who You Are

• Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s or Ph.D. is an asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with data science tools like Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyCaret, and building ML pipelines.
• Interest and knowledge in Capital Markets, FinTech, or financial services.
• Goal-driven, analytical, with strong communication and relationship skills.
