As an Associate Customer Integrations Manager, Logistics, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our small and medium‑sized business (SMB) customers. You will be responsible for overseeing shipping document integrations into our products and services, ensuring a smooth, efficient implementation experience tailored to the needs of growing businesses. Working closely with SMB customers, you will understand their operational requirements, coordinate technical implementation, and provide ongoing guidance to help them realize value quickly and confidently from our solutions.
The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The annual salary range for this role is: $ 61,800 - $ 70,000 CAD (or $ 58,900 - $ 70,000 USD.) The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
