About the Role

Crete Capital is seeking a high-performing Associate / Credit Analyst to join its team in Downtown Vancouver. The role and compensation structure will be tailored to the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities (Customized to Candidate)

  • Debt underwriting and credit analysis for private companies
  • Support structuring, negotiation, and closing of commercial and corporate financing transactions
  • Contribute to client presentations, financial models, and deal execution strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class advisory services

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a commercial finance professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commercial banking/lending
  • Corporate finance
  • Commercial real estate finance
  • Leveraged finance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in a commercial financial institution
  • Deep understanding of corporate/commercial financing, from structuring to closing
  • Strong credit analysis and underwriting capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, discipline, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
