Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services experience.
• Extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate finance engagements including market identification and M&A/divestiture processes.
• Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze EBITDA sustainability, asset quality, working capital, and risk/opportunity profiles.
• Build technical analyses, projections, forecasts and models.
• Identify market- and industry-level performance indicators and trends.
• Prepare deliverables such as industry updates, proposals and information memorandums.
• Deliver client value and nurture relationships; contribute to proposals.
• Collaborate with the client engagement team.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate finance engagements including researching and identifying new markets or candidates; managing merger, acquisition and divestiture processes
• Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
• Conduct detailed analysis relating to sustainability of EBITDA, quality of assets, working capital profile and potential risks and opportunities
• Build and prepare technical based analysis, projections, forecasts and models
• Identify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target market
• Research and formulate market and industry trends, broad synopses and general conclusions
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including industry updates, proposals and confidential information memorandums
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
• Work collaboratively with the client engagement team

Skills And Experience

• CPA or CFA designations considered an asset
• 2+ years of professional services experience
• Extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $87,500 - $95,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education.
