Based in downtown Toronto, our rapidly expanding business has created the need for a highly capable individual to join our Venues & Client Experience team. We are a close-knit unit, looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who can juggle competing priorities and deadlines, possesses excellent communication skills, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives on delivering unmatched hospitality.
Working closely with both the Manager and Senior Associate of Venues & Client Experience, the Associate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the full lifecycle of programs from venue contracting to onsite execution – managing several events simultaneously, while working cooperatively with the internal team, external registrants, hotel partners and other vendors.

This position requires domestic and international travel approximately 8-12 times per year, for 2-4 days at a time. A valid passport with no travel restrictions is mandatory.
