Job Family Group:

Commercial Sales & Service

Permanent position, 37.5h per week

Work schedule: candidates must be fully available and flexible from Monday to Sunday, between 10am and 11pm.

Location: Remote/WFH and/or 129 St. Jacques W., Montreal.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide corporate cards sales and service to BMO customers or prospects.
  • Advise customers on corporate card strategies and products that meet their objectives.
  • Perform sales and service activities following approved procedures.
  • Identify and refer opportunities to other business groups as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and advise on personal banking and credit card strategies.
  • Manage transactional outcomes and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Complete documentation post-call to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry practices and integrate into customer interactions.
  • Incorporate marketing promotions into customer conversations where suitable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
  • Report suspicious activity related to money laundering.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Handle diverse tasks within established rules and analyze issues to determine next steps.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of BMO credit products and marketplace trends.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
Additional Details:

Salary: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried, with potential bonuses and benefits.
