Job Description: ServiceNow Lead Developer (Integration SME)

Infosys is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Integration SME with deep expertise in ServiceNow Modules and third‑party system integrations. Hands‑on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities.
• Proven hands‑on experience in ServiceNow integration solutions using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.
• Hands‑on experience with integration of external systems like MS AD, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, Jira.
• Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation and interface specifications.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
• Participate in customer‑facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications – Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS‑ITSM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations.
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth).
• Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario: $75,000 to $103,042.
