Make an Impact as an Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate within small teams to help some of the world's biggest brands answer and often implement solutions for their most challenging strategic questions. You will immediately contribute through ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients. Focusing on technology and data, you will gain broad exposure to industries including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more.

We are recruiting for 2 career tracks:

1. Strategy & Transformation

Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges to enhance performance and operations. Support projects in product development, marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation, often interfacing with Fortune 500 companies. Typical projects last 8-16 weeks.

2. Business Experimentation

Leverage Mastercard's predictive analytics platform, Test & Learn, and SQL to run data-backed business experiments for clients. Focus on data science solutions for initiatives like product launches, marketing campaigns, and pricing across industries. Projects support 1-2 years with 2-4 clients concurrently.

3. Performance Analytics

Use quantitative and qualitative skills, enterprise applications (e.g., SQL, Python, BI platforms) to drive data-led solutions. Investigate trends, build models, develop data visualizations, and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions. Projects range from 4 weeks to 1 year.
