Clear Results is a boutique consulting firm based in Kingston, Ontario, serving clients across the U.S. in home services (contractors, trades) and marketing services. We help entrepreneurs build stronger businesses with better people, systems, and strategy and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a right-hand builder. Someone who wants to learn the playbook of growth and help deliver it to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Delivery Support
  • Join weekly or biweekly coaching calls with clients (you may lead one call/month per client)
  • Help design and deliver a 90-day onboarding experience that drives real wins
  • Assign and track deliverables with our freelancer team (SOPs, dashboards, hiring plans, etc.)
  • Internal Building
  • Create checklists, guides, Loom walkthroughs, and templates that help us scale our services
  • Turn frameworks into plug-and-play tools our clients and team can use
  • Help operationalize our A-Player Recruiting system and 90-Day Sprint program
  • Project Management
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and results for clients across multiple accounts
  • Manage task assignment across freelancers using Airtable, Notion, and our internal tools
  • Ensure our clients see momentum and that nothing slips through the cracks

Who You Are

  • You're curious, tech-savvy, and energized by solving real business problems.
  • You've likely worked in consulting, operations, or high-trust roles in smaller companies (37 years experience is ideal).
  • You like structure but you don't need hand-holding. You take initiative, lead conversations, and follow through.
  • You love helping others win and you enjoy being the calm, clear thinker in a room of chaos.
  • You're comfortable with tools like Airtable, Notion, CRMs, Slack, and Zoom and excited to play with AI.

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have worked in home services, trades, or marketing agencies
  • Have built or implemented systems for hiring, onboarding, or operations
  • Have experience in client-facing roles, whether in coaching, consulting, or customer success
  • Want to grow into a Head of Delivery or Practice Lead role over time
