What Are We Looking For

The Associate Consultant supports senior consultants in the successful implementation of client projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and align with the overall objectives of the project. This entry-level role focuses on gathering client requirements, managing data, and executing specific components of system implementations. The Associate Consultant plays an integral part in ensuring smooth transitions, thorough testing, and accurate data migration, while learning and growing in the consulting field. The person will be advising the clients with a white-gloved approach to understand business needs, design solutions, and provide quality support to ensure the clients have the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own specific segments of the implementation process, such as CRM, Marketing, or Support systems, ensuring that each piece aligns with the broader project goals and requirements.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, operational challenges, and project requirements.
3. Maintain thorough documentation of implementation processes, including test plans, data migration steps, and client-specific configurations.
4. Provide regular updates to senior consultants and clients to track progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
5. Oversee data migration activities, including the mapping of data from legacy systems to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
6. Assist in planning cutover strategies to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to client operations.
7. Develop and document detailed test plans, outlining objectives, testing methodologies, and acceptance criteria to ensure thorough evaluation of system functionalities.
8. Support the execution of testing, identifying issues and collaborating with the team to resolve them.
9. Any other delegated responsibilities by the Employer.

Qualifications And Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in International Business, Finance, BTM, Supply chain, or any other relevant field.
2. 1 year+ experience as a Business Analyst with NetSuite.
3. Relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite’s core vertical markets (e.g. Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or Retail).
4. Bilingual in French and English as we do have clients outside of the province of Quebec.
5. Strong task management abilities to manage different projects at the same time.
6. Strong problem-solving ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements to enhance client experience.
7. Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate.
8. Obtained SuiteAdmin and SuiteFoundation certification.
