Candidate will have unique opportunity to launch their career as an Associate Consultant within Insight. Experiences will include a variety of training, mentoring and interactions with clients across multiple industries. The Associate Consultant will be part of a multi-faceted team delivering on small-to-large sized projects and will have a defined multi-year career path to enhance their learning and careers. Associate Consultants will have the opportunity to grow their capabilities and experiences through advanced consulting services projects for their clients. As an Associate Consultant, you will get to:

• Establish credibility with the customer; interface with customers related to specific work efforts and deliverables
• Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements across the services organization systems and processes
• Develop and/or assist in activities to prepare final deliverables
• Project coordination (conduct kick off, status reporting, track project budget, monitor project objectives)

We are looking for an Associate Consultantwith:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Recent college graduates
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Exceptional communication skills (including written, oral, and presentation) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate risk, issues, actions, and decisions across all levels of the organization
