Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical projects/programs from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to scope and change control processes.
• Guide project teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio.
• Support business development through RFPs and proposal presentations.
• Mentor and provide technical expertise to project managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
