Role Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Client Partner to join our Emerging and Scaled Sales team, a fast-growing unit within the Spotify ad sales organization. This role involves strategic planning, expert product knowledge, storytelling, and client communication. You should be confident, humble, hardworking, and value a healthy work-life balance. Your work will influence how Spotify connects with advertisers and users, shaping the global experience of Spotify, so operating with integrity, speed, and passion is essential.

What You'll Do
  1. Client Strategy: Focus on consultative selling, educating, and inspiring clients to use Spotify to achieve their business goals.
  2. Business Development: Proactively source and engage potential clients across industries to build future pipelines.
  3. Sales Propositions: Develop effective sales strategies and adapt to platform and product innovations with relevant data and research.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals through ownership and entrepreneurial drive.
  5. Strategic Insights & Reporting: Develop insights, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  6. Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Spotify products to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Pipeline Development: Manage complex conversations and prioritize activities using software tools.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to develop holistic strategies and contribute to platform efficiency.
Who You Are
  1. Experience: At least 4+ years managing pipelines and revenue in digital advertising, with audio advertising expertise preferred.
  2. Organization & Independence: Able to navigate varied demands independently.
  3. Communication: Articulate stakeholder needs clearly.
  4. Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to overachieve.
  5. Team Spirit: Willing to learn from and support teammates, sharing successes and credit.
