Based in Racine, Wisconsin, on the shore of Lake Michigan, our headquarters offer access to winter sports like skiing and snowmobiling, as well as summer activities such as kayaking, fishing, sailing, and hiking. Located near Milwaukee and Chicago, the area features a vibrant arts scene and diverse dining options.

About the Role:

The role involves executing brand strategy and marketing tactics to increase profitability and brand effectiveness through consumer insights and segmentation. Responsibilities include market research, campaign execution, and collaboration across teams on communications, advertising, digital media, packaging, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to brand and marketing strategy development, executing initiatives to enhance brand equity and consumer loyalty.
  2. Manage marketing analytics, including consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market opportunities, reporting regularly to the marketing team.
  3. Lead market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Implement integrated marketing programs targeting specific consumer segments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, innovation strategies, and briefs based on consumer insights.
  6. Support marketing communication strategies, including campaigns, graphics, advertising, social media, and public relations.
  7. Represent the brand at events, sponsorships, and grassroots initiatives.
  8. Evaluate marketing ROI using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
  9. Work with sales on programs and support at trade shows and customer presentations.
  10. Engage with consumers on social media, responding to questions and reviews.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
  • 2+ years in brand and marketing, with experience in consumer research and insights.
  • Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, sponsorships, and consumer segmentation.
  • Proven ability to use research for brand growth.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, and projects.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
