Position Summary: The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will play a key role in developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan for the Metabolics and Ketocal products – a specialized range of formulas for patients with inherited metabolic disorders and refractory epilepsy.

The ABM will work within a supportive team while maintaining autonomy to build and drive key brand initiatives. These initiatives will enhance the categories' competitive position, promote new product launches, and support the growth of current products. Responsibilities include managing brand initiatives, conducting analytics, supporting sales, and organizing promotional activities such as conferences and patient events. The Senior Brand Manager will also support coaching and professional development.

Essential Functions:
  1. Implement marketing strategies from the brand’s operating plan, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging media.
  2. Manage multiple marketing initiatives, tracking constraints to meet KPIs related to cost, time, scope, quality, and goals, including product upgrades, launches, and promotional materials for HCPs and families.
  3. Analyze sales data, report on brand performance by segment, channel, and region, and create monthly performance scorecards.
  4. Develop marketing promotional materials aligned with the selling model to engage target segments and influence product trial and behavior.
  5. Lead brand presence at trade shows and external events to gather insights and engage with target segments.
  6. Perform other duties as needed for different TAs or brands based on business needs.
