Job description

Summary

As an Associate in Audit and Control at the Cash Office, you will be responsible for managing the switchboard, general office tasks, accounts payable, and daily balancing functions. You will also handle internal services provided to the store, including general inquiries and employee parcel and bag checks.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure inbound customer calls are answered following company standards.
  2. Accurately route calls to recipients or deliver messages in a timely fashion.
  3. Maintain phone directory for location.
  4. Oversee repairs of technical systems such as POS.
  5. Provide financial support through banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations.
  6. Manage Customer's Own Goods and other No Inventory Value/No Charge tracking.
  7. Ensure general office practices are maintained and the workplace is neat and tidy to mitigate loss.
  8. Perform department auditing of company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide support and follow up on audits to ensure compliance.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment, retail preferred.
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  4. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
