About The Role

The Associate, Assessment & Advisor Services plays an integral role within the Assessment & Advisor Services team, reporting to the Director. This position supports the full cycle of surveyor and assessor management including recruitment, onboarding, training, records administration, and internal / external communications.

You will anticipate challenges before they arise and keep complex processes moving smoothly. With strong analytical thinking and a commitment to customer service, you help ensure all administrative tasks related to surveyor and assessor coordination are executed with precision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling for surveyor and assessor candidates; update and maintain tracking systems.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of surveyor / assessor data in administrative systems, following established procedures and quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to surveyor and assessor inquiries and troubleshoot client-related issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on recruitment, onboarding, and training processes; liaise with external stakeholders to align schedules and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Lead onboarding activities for new surveyors, including tracking completion of self-guided learning modules in the LMS, sending reminders, and coordinating virtual classroom sessions.
  • Support the planning and delivery of in-person surveyor / assessor events, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing a range of surveyor-related topics with professionalism and clarity.

Must Have Qualifications

  • College diploma in Office Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making and high accuracy.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in French and English (advanced proficiency).
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, databases, and online research tools.
